Our cookies are made fresh to order. The pre-order form opens at 8am on Monday and closes at 8pm on Wednesday, or upon sell out.

Pick up is Saturday 9:30-10:30am in Los Gatos near the intersection of Los Gatos Blvd & Los Gatos Almaden Rd (near the new Whole Foods). The pickup address will be provided once your order is confirmed.

The best part! Come pick up your delicious cookies at our home bakery on Saturday between 9:30-10:30am

Fine Print and Useful Info:

Pick Up:

  • Cookies must be picked up during the pick up window, and can be picked up by someone else - just make sure they have your order confirmation

  • Orders that are not picked up by 10:30am will be offered to someone else and will not be refunded

  • If you realize you won’t be able to make the pick up window, please reach out and let us know ASAP (email hello@sugarandflowerbakery.com) We will try our best to arrange an alternate pick up plan

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Orders that are cancelled at least 24 hours before the pickup window starts will be refunded, minus any nonrefundable payment processing fees.

  • We cannot give refunds for orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the pickup window starts.

Allergens & Ingredients:

  • All cookies are vegan

  • Most cookies contain wheat and soy, additional allergens are listed on the label and the order form

  • We may occasionally offer cookies made with alternative flour

  • Please note that while we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, our cookies are made in a kitchen that also handles eggs, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, and wheat. If you or someone you’ll be sharing cookies with has a severe allergy, these may not be a safe choice. Please use caution and your best judgement

Cookie Storage:

  • If you’re not enjoying your cookies right after pick up, transfer them to an airtight container or Ziploc bag and keep them at room temp to maximize freshness

  • They can also be frozen (in the airtight container/Ziploc bag) if you want to save them for later
